Sergey Dinges (b. 1952) is the Associate Professor in Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics (MTUCI), Chair of RF Transmitters.
S. Dinges studied electrical engineering at the Krasnoyarsk Polytechnical Institute, he is based in Siberia.
S. Dinges received his PhD from MTUCI.
Principal research: mobile communications and RF design.
Other Interests: Amateur Radio, Postage stamps
